Client Situation: This health provider wanted to elevate and maximizing patient satisfaction. As a multi-specialty clinic with locations in three states, this clinic employed over a 1,000 physicians, medical personnel, and associates.
Intervention:
- Conducted customer satisfaction workshops for medical personnel and associates clinic-wide. These workshops focused on interactions with patients, as well as customer service concepts related to internal customer relationships.
- Shadowed physicians in multiple specialties and created a Patient Engagement Profile to assess physician/patient engagement.
